Treat yo self! Try this easy and delicious bruschetta for the perfect mid-afternoon snack!
🍅Prep Time: 10 Minutes
2 Cups of Finely Chopped Tomatoes (I used a mix of Roma and Cherry)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
Dash of Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp Chopped Capers (with a splash of their juice)
1/4 Finely Chopped Red Onion
2 Tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Nectar (or Balsamic Vinegar)
In a large bowl combine all your ingredients listed above and stir well!
That's it... It is so easy... Put on top of a cracker and enjoy!
